Processing of personal information
The web editor has daily responsibility for Galleri Riis' processing of personal information on galleririis.com, unless otherwise stated below. It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide personal information. Appsters is Galleri Riis' data processor and our supplier for the development, maintenance and operation of the website. Information collected in connection with site operation is stored on a server operated by the provider. Only Galleri Riis and Appsters have access to the information collected. A separate data processing agreement between Galleri Riis and Appsters regulates what information the supplier has access to and how it is processed.
Online Statistics
Galleri Riis collects unidentified information about visitors on galleririis.com. The purpose of this is to develop statistics that we use to improve and further develop information services on the site. Examples of what the statistics provide is how many people visit various pages, how long the visit lasts, what websites users come from and what browsers are being used. The information is processed in an unidentified and aggregated form. Unidentified means that we cannot track the information we collect back to the individual user. We collect the entire IP address, but the IP address is unidentified in that only the first three groups of the address are used to generate statistics. That is, if the IP address consists of the numbers 195.159.103.82, only 195.159.103.xx. is used. In addition, IP addresses are processed at an aggregated level which means that all data is merged into a group and not processed individually. We use the Google Analytics tool on our website. This is an open source (GPL) tool and is installed on a dedicated server with the service provider. Information from this tool is not provided from Galleri Riis to any outside sources.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you download a webpage. The storage of information and processing of this information is not permitted unless both parties have been informed and given consent. The user must know and approve which information is being processed, what the purpose of the treatment is and who processes the information, according to The Electronic Communications Act ยง 2-7b. Galleri Riis uses cookies for statistical measurements with Google Analytics.
The Google Analytics tool places three cookies on your machine (these are called _dc_gtm_UA-9220702-1, _ga and _gid). This is done in order for us to be able to collect statistics.
